BoxyCharm vs Ipsy March 2015

Hi Everyone,

Okay I know this isn’t a fair fight but I wanted to do a Boxycharm vs Ipsy so you could see the difference between a lower price subscription and a little bit higher price subscription. Boxycharm is $21 a month and Ipsy is $10. They both ship around the 10^th day of the month. This is also my first month with Boxycharm. I’ve been with Ipsy for over a year and a half now. I was also subscribed to Birchbox and Glossybox for about 5-6 months each, but I wasn’t completely in love with either because they focus a little bit more on skincare than I personally care for.

Ipsy January 2015

Hi Everyone,

           

It’s that time of the month again, Ipsy time! I’ve been debating the past couple months ending my Ipsy subscription, simply because I haven’t really loved most of the products. This month and next month are the determiners for keeping my subscription. If I don’t like them then I will be ending my subscription with Ipsy and trying a different one instead.

           

            Now that I have a job, I can actually use part of that money to get a little bit more expensive subscription service. I’ve been debating going back to Glossybox or trying Boxycharm. Even though they are about $11 more expensive. Although, I’m holding out hope for Ipsy to wow me enough in February that I will want to keep my subscription service with them.

Ipsy - December 2014

This month's Ipsy theme is "Thinking of You". Ipsy is a subscription service that costs $10 a month. I pay for this subscription with my own money. Some months I absolutely love my bag, others I like only a couple pieces, and some I just don't like at all. This month I think it's probably more of a like. I think I will absolutely adore two of the products and the other three are just okay. I do love that you always get a makeup bag with Ipsy because they are so cute.

Ipsy November 2014

It’s that time of the month again, IPSY TIME! This is honestly what I look forward to each month. Is that sad? Anyways, my Ipsy bag came the day I was heading to visit some old college friends and go to my alumnus school’s hockey games. So I didn’t really get a chance to look at what I got before today. Overall, it’s mixed feelings, since I now know what other options I could have gotten. Without further ado, though, here’s this month’s Ipsy Bag!
